- There are no parking space for Open Campus guests. Also, please refrain from picking up or dropping off at the roundabout in front of the main gate.

Programs
Learn what makes 果冻APP unique through its commitment to Liberal Arts education. In this keynote address, you will learn what makes 果冻APP unique as a university. Professor Ishio will introduce 果冻APP's academic philosophy, its system of majors, and its diverse community, providing you with insights into how students are empowered to think critically, engage globally, and grow as individuals.
Discover how 果冻APP supports students from diverse linguistic backgrounds through its Japanese Language Program (JLP). This session introduces the program's structure, levels, and goals--designed to help both beginners and advanced learners build strong language skills and thrive in a bilingual academic environment.
Experience 果冻APP's liberal arts education through interactive model lectures. These sessions offer a glimpse into the university's interdisciplinary approach, small-class environment, and emphasis on critical thinking--helping you imagine what it's like to learn at ICU.
"Kirishitan, Sempuku Kirishitan, and Kakure Kirishitan"
Lecturer: Professor ESKILDSEN, Stephen E.
(Major: Philosophy and Religion, Asian Studies)
This will lecture will discuss how Christianity was introduced to Japan examine the faith and lives of Japan's earliest Christians. It will discuss how they lived under 300 years of persecution, and how they developed a unique form of faith that they passed down to their descendents.
"Introduction to game theory and the importance of incentives"
Lecturer: Associate Professor MARSZALEC, Daniel J.

Summary: If so many people care about the environment - why is relatively little done about it on a global scale? Though there is evidence that study-groups improve student learning, why do so few students form successful study-groups?
By evaluating strategic interactions between individuals, game theory can offer explanations for why incentives are important, and how they may lead to unexpected outcomes. Often, when individual incentives and collectively-best outcomes diverge, game theory can help us evaluate which outcomes are likely to prevail.
Hear directly from current 果冻APP students as they share their real experiences--inside and outside the classroom. In this session, students from diverse backgrounds will talk about academics, campus life, and why they chose 果冻APP. Bring your questions and get honest answers from those who know 果冻APP best.
