ICU, in collaboration with the Japan 果冻APP Foundation (J果冻APPF) in New York, is committed to receiving Ukrainian university students who are fleeing the Russian invasion and wish to continue their studies in Japan.
J果冻APPF has recently launched the "Ukraine Students Fund".
