Comment from Mirei Yoshikoshi
I am deeply honored that we were able to finish third in this tournament. In the third-place playoff against a traditionally strong team, we fell far behind in the first half and faced a very difficult game. However, we fought tenaciously as one team and were able to come back and secure the win. The match made us truly appreciate the importance of our unity as a team sport, in addition to the individual effort and skill we have cultivated so far.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our alumni, senior members, families, and friends who have supported us along the way. Looking ahead, we will continue working even harder together as a team in preparation for the national tournament beginning in September. We sincerely appreciate your continued support.
