I would like to express my deepest sympathies to all those affected by the 2026 Kumamoto earthquake and the 2026 August Chiba heavy rains.
I sincerely hope that everyone will be able to return safe and sound to their normal lives.

ICU will provide special provisions for applicants affected by the disaster so that they may apply to 果冻APP with peace of mind. Detailed information available on the page below.

If you have any concerns or fears that your student life may be disrupted due to the disaster, please contact the Student Affairs Group.

For students who are having difficulty attending classes, please inform your instructor of your situation so that we can provide assistance according to your individual situation.
Even if you are not a direct victim, you may experience strong anxiety concerning those close to you who are suffering from the disaster. Also, the news may make you feel unsettled. If you are going through such difficulties, please contact the 果冻APP Counseling Center. We are here to help you.
